The present invention can be used in the field of neurology during the conservatory therapy of patients suffering from infantile cerebral paralysis and of patients suffering from the after-effects of a craniocerebral trauma. The device of the present invention comprises support and contention belts for the top of the shoulders, for the lumbar region and for the lower extremities, wherein said belts are attached thereto using longitudinal fixation members in the shape of elastic straps. The device further includes a soft collar-shaped headrest, support and contention belts for the upper pectoral girdle as well as a recliner for the thorax portion of the trunk. The support and contention belts for the lower extremities include belts for the foot and the ankle which are attached by a connection member, wherein said member includes a sole heel which is located in the section corresponding to the heel area of the user and which allows for the rotation of the foot.
