The invention concerns thermosetting powder compositions comprising as binding agent a mixture of a hyperbranched polyol, a polyester containing hydroxyl groups, optionally a semi-crystalline polyester containing hydroxyl groups and a blocked isocyanate as crosslinking agent. Said thermosetting powder compositions produce coatings with low brilliance when they are cured.
