The invention concerns a mixing implement (2) for electrical household appliance for food preparation comprising a working bowl (1), a motor and means driving in rotation the mixing implement arranged in the bowl, said implement comprising a body (3), capable of being driven in rotation by the driving means, whereon are mounted branches (4). The invention is characterised in that the mixing implement (2) comprises three to six branches (4), the angular space between two adjacent branches ranging between 50° and 130°. The invention also concerns an electrical household appliance for food preparation comprising a mixing implement (2) rotating in a working bowl (1) and a motor and means for driving in rotation the mixing implement arranged in the bowl.
