Request processing means (2a), on receiving a request for a processing involving a memory access, executes the requested processing and outputs a request for accessing the address specified by the request if a memory access is made. Memory access surrogating means (2b) sets memory protection information (1a) on an object (1) in memory managing means (3a) and outputs a memory access command to a processor (3). The memory managing means (3a) make an exception if the memory access command of the memory access surrogating means (2b) is a command to make an access to an area other than the area specified by the memory protection information (1a). A memory access can be made by an object in response to a request of another object with high reliability and high speed.
