The present invention relates to a method for intervening into a system for controlling or regulating the dynamics of a motor vehicle movement by intervening into at least individual wheel brakes of a motor vehicle. The intervention carried out by the system is modified for a minimum period during continuous system intervention into the control or regulation when one or more of the following criteria are continuously fulfilled: the antilock system or the traction-slip control do not intervene into the control or regulation, the steer angle speed is smaller than a threshold value for the steer angle speed, the roll is greater than a threshold value for the roll, the pressure which is built-up by the system and which serves for the intervention into the at least one wheel brake is smaller than a maximum pressure and/or the yaw acceleration is smaller than a maximum value.
