Method for allocating links between a set of zones and a set of satellites

The allocation of channel communications has zones with ground stations and orbiting satellites. The links established during a preceding period are found, and propagation constraints input to determine which paths can be interrupted and which maintained (S(T)). An optimisation algorithm is used to allocate channel connections taking account of interference problems.
