The present invention relates to a method for improving the acoustic properties by heat treatment of the flavor plate material for musical instruments.;After making 30 pieces of imported spruce which is a piano board, 20cm in length, 1cm in tangential direction and 5cm in radial direction, it is dried in dry oven for 20 minutes at 255 ℃ or for 2 days at 180 ℃. The acoustic properties were improved by 12.6% and 17%, respectively, and the cured strength (MOR) and hardness were increased to heat the artificially dried fragrances to achieve the same or better effect than the aging treatment or to improve the quality of the low-grade fragrances.
