The present invention relates to a surfactant composition for restoring contaminated soil and a method for restoring contaminated soil using the same, and more particularly, in a contaminated soil restorative composition contaminated with oil and hydrophobic solvent, paraffin oil 5 per 100 parts by weight of water. It relates to a surfactant composition for restoring contaminated soil consisting of 20 to 20 parts by weight and 3.5 to 14 parts by weight of a nonionic surfactant and a method for restoring contaminated soil using the same. The compositions and methods are economical because they can quickly and effectively extract hydrophobic contaminants from contaminated soil.
