THE TRANSMITTING PERSON'S SHORT MESSAGE SERVICE METHOD IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM USING SHORT MESSAGE SERVICE SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A transmitting person's short message service method senses that a receiving subscriber returns to a communication-possible mode from a communication-impossible mode in a short message service system, transmits a ring-back signal or a short message service signal to a sending subscriber, informs a communication-possible mode of a receiving subscriber, thereby making the transmitting subscriber retry a call transmission about the sending subscriber. CONSTITUTION: If an outgoing subscriber calls an incoming subscriber, if the incoming subscriber is at a communication-impossible state, the service method applies an outgoing subscriber SMS(short message service) function, senses that the incoming subscriber returns to a communication-possible mode from the communication-impossible mode, transmits a ring-back signal or SMS signal to an outgoing subscriber when sensing the returning, and informs a communication-possible mode of the outgoing subscriber. Accordingly, an outgoing subscriber retries a call transmission about the incoming subscriber. Thereby, a value-added service is provided to produce an economical benefit.
