CONSTITUTION: A lamp unit by which convert to gear motor and a fluid-air pressure cylinder of a damper role can free control of wing plate at any floor and position; considering the activity of an old and disabled person, easy to control an appliance and solve disparaty to contact part of human body; for using a fluid-air pressure cylinder, lead noise and vibration to softness; install a platform operated by a fluid-air pressure cylinder to elevator which elevate to up and down by power source.
