PURPOSE: A three-dimensional signal processing device is provided to reduce the material cost and to prevent the deterioration of the definition quality by using the exact movement information of the transmitting part. CONSTITUTION: The three-dimensional signal processing device comprises: a movement information extracting unit for extracting the movement information from the movement vector transmitted in the decoding process of the digital decoding unit; and a three-dimensional signal processing unit for performing the three-dimensional signal processing by using the movement information extracted from the movement information extracting unit.
