PURPOSE: describing and read for blind person, this allows blind person selectively to read a part for needing complicated arrangement document. Traditional system simply identifies the document of printing, output document and voice lines unit or braille, is limitedly to be applied to simple book such as novel book. CONSTITUTION: the system that reads improves this traditional drawback, and part needed for such blind person reads can be in complicated arrangement document or multistage newspaper. Therefore, blind person can freely read printing such as newspaper or monthly magazine for obtaining information, and not depend on books with braille.
