EXPERIMENTAL MOLD DIE TO IMPROVE MOLDING PERFORMANCE

PURPOSE: An experimental mold die is provided to improve molding performance. CONSTITUTION: The experimental mold die comprises upper and lower mold dies, and 5 supporting means. The upper and lower mold dies have a cavity(20) formed by 4 side parts(21, 22, 23, 24) and a base plate(25). The first supporting means movably supports a first part(21) of the 4 side parts where a gate is formed. The second supporting means movably supports a second part(22) of the 4 side parts where a gas bent is formed. The third supporting means movably supports a third part(23) of the 4 side parts where a gas bent is formed. The fourth supporting means movably supports a fourth part(24) of the 4 side parts where a gas bent is formed. The fifth supporting means movably supports the base plate(25) forming the cavity(20). Thereby, width, length and height of the package are conveniently adjusted.
