PURPOSE: A method is provided to form a cyber society model in an internet. CONSTITUTION: The cyber society model forming method comprises the steps of: constituting services provided in an internet site with a plurality of classes including home pages and generating a menu for searching an association of like-mined persons sub site according to a service range providing in one of the constituted classes and a different internet site associated with the association of like-mined persons sub site (10); endowing an individual predetermined reserve fund to users joining to the association of like-mined persons as members according to the number of members and endowing a part of an advertise cost induced to a home page of the association of like-mined persons as a predetermined common reserve fund according to the number of users joining to the association of like-mined persons (12); and determining representatives of each association of like-mined persons, selecting representatives of the classes and endowing the power corresponding to the selected representatives.
