PURPOSE: An automatic paying-in/paying-out sanction processing system enables a paying-in/paying-out immediately if a card is placed on an internet screen. CONSTITUTION: The automatic paying-in/paying-out sanction processing system comprises: a server for the preservation(a) which discriminates a user's identity, ID, password, computer IP, and the like when an internet user pays in and out by use of a cash/credit card; a control unit(b) which checks whether the discriminated address corresponds to an inputted number; a central processing unit(c) which confirms and classifies paid-in/out amount; a sanction device(d) which sanctions the cash/credit card of the user; an output device(e) which sanctions when the discriminated address corresponds to an inputted number; and a preservation server(f) for processing a sanctioned amount.
