摘要

PURPOSE: A plasma-liquid crystal display device with bi-direction display function is provided to improve brightness of displayed image by increasing maintenance discharge and brightness. CONSTITUTION: The plasma-liquid crystal display device with bi-direction display function comprises a first plasma display panel, a second plasma display panel, and a liquid crystal filter. In the plasma-liquid crystal display device, the first plasma display panel has pixel which is arrayed as matrix type form. The second plasma display panel is placed and faced to the first plasma display panel. The liquid crystal filter to adjust transmissibility between the first plasma display panel and the second plasma display panel.
