PURPOSE: Acne-prevention or treating cosmetics containing an effective ingredient extracted from radish are provided, which show acne treatment effect without side effect while using this. Also provided are extract methods of an effective ingredient from radish. CONSTITUTION: The extract ways of an effective ingredient from radish are two kinds. The first way comprises of: Crushing the 10Kg of radish root to pieces; Adding 100L of 50v/v% ethanol; Keeping this for 5hrs at 60 C; Filtration; Extracting residues in 100L of 50v/v% ethanol with same method; Adding the filtrate; Gaining 20L of concentrate by concentrating this under the decompression; Adding 5L of distilled water and 25L of anhydrous ethanol to this; Keeping this for 7¯10 days at cold room; Filtration; Gaining 50L of radish-extract by adding 50v/v% ethanol to the filtrate. The second comprises of: Crushing the 10Kg of radish root to pieces; Adding 50L of 50v/v% 1,3-buthyleneglycol; Keeping this for 7¯10 days at room temperature; Filtration; Keeping the filtrate for 7¯10 days again at cold room; Removing residues after filtration; Gaining 50L of radish-extract by adding 50v/v% 1,3-buthyleneglycol to the filtrate.
