PURPOSE: A preparation method of sintered ore by using a hollow steel ball coated with ceramic as upper ore is provided which improves the rate of recovery of upper ore and productivity and reduces the production cost. CONSTITUTION: In the manufacturing method of sintered ore by recycling upper ore continuously, a recycling upper ore(300) has a structure of a hollow steel ball(302) and a ceramic body(301) enclosed it. The recycle upper ore(300) is charged at the upper part of a bed of a pallet(100) with a thickness of 20-30 mm to protect the pallet(100) and then a raw material for sintering is charged on the recycle upper ore. After sintering, the recycle upper ore(300) is separated from a lump of sintered ore by a shute(320) for recycling. A lump of sintered ore is cooled to room temperature by a cooler(160) and sent to a vibra feeder(170). The recycle upper ore(300) drawn by a feeder(303) is transferred to a storage hopper(220) by a chain conveyor(304) for recharging to the pallet(100).
