GENE CLONING VECTOR AND RECOMBINATION CARRIER FOR NOVEL EUKARYOTIC CELL AND PRODUCTION PROCESS OF RECOMBINATION PROTEIN

摘要

PURPOSE: Gene cloning vector for eukaryotic cell is provided by using genome DNA of Hyphantria cunea nuclear polyhedrosis virus(HcNPV). CONSTITUTION: Using polyhedrin gene which exists in 7300 base pairs DNA fragment prepared by cutting genome DNA of HcNPV by EcoRI restriction enzyme and its promoter, gene cloning vector pHcEV-IV for eukaryotic cell is produced. Recombination virus lacZ-HcNPV which expresses an exogenote cloned in the vector is produced. The expression of lacZ gene inserted into the recombination virus is found in Sopodoptera frugiperda cell.
