PURPOSE: A temperature process control device for a thermal-equipment is provided to do an accurate temperature control and to be able to set the coefficient of the control device automatically. CONSTITUTION: The temperature process control device for a thermo-processing equipment comprises; a temperature sensor(3) to detect the temperature of a thermo-processing equipment in an electrical value; a transducer to convert the output signal of a temperature sensor into an electrical signal which can be recognized by a digital circuit; a micro controller to analyze the signal of the transducer and control the temperature(11) by a PID control method and when the coefficient of the PID controller exceeds the range of an error to correct the coefficient; a switching device to switch the power inputted to the thermo-processing equipment by the control signal of the micro controller(11); a computer programmed to display a temperature change on the picture and control the temperature by GUI(Graphical User Interface) method.
