DISK IMPROVING STRUCTURE OF TUNNEL EXCAVATOR FOR COMPLEX SOIL QUALITY

PURPOSE: A disk improving structure of a tunnel excavator is provided to excavate by selectively using corresponding to the change of the layer. CONSTITUTION: A sealed and a semi sealed machine selectively install a disk that attaches cutters(3)(3') for silt made from a bit or cutters(2)(2') for base rock made from many rollers in the head end of a steel cylindrical machine(1). The head end of the sealed and semi sealed machine installs a disk(4) for base rock attaching cutters for base rock and attaches cutters for silt inside a guiding hole(5) by penetrating the cross shaped guiding hole, and a central cutter(11). A sliding shaft(7) is structured to be projector than the disk for base rock by sliding forward inside a main shaft(9) by an inlet cylinder(8) so that excavating efficiency is improved.
