PURPOSE: A mill scale applying method of a waste recycle by an erosive cellulase deinking is provided to obtain a recycled pulp of high quality by removing an ink from the waste paper. CONSTITUTION: The recycled paper of high quality is obtained by removing an ink from the waste paper with the biochemical reaction of an enzyme, the dispersing force of an enzyme protein, the dispersing force of the ethylene oxide/ the propylene oxide, and the ink removing force by copolymerizing the enzyme as a vital catalyst and the high molecule as the copolymer of the POE alkylallyether and the maleic acid anhydride. Thereby the recycled waste pulp has the higher brightness/whiteness than the recycled pulp in a mill scale by an early fatty acid deinking, especially the characteristic of the intensity is very high, and the effect to remarkably improve the waste water load is offered.
