PURPOSE: A method and a composition for eliminating a transition metallic ion from a solution are provided to use a composition including more than one N-cyclic typed hydrocarbon ligand having more than four N-cyclic typed groups. CONSTITUTION: A method for concentrating and eliminating a required metallic ion from a solution includes: contacting a compound containing a ligand having N-cyclic typed aromatic are ne hydrocarbon being combined to a solid matrix to a source solution having a first volume through a hydrophilic property spacer; eliminating the source solution from a contact to the compound being attached by the required metallic ion; destroying the attached material by containing the compound being attached by the required metallic ion by using a small volume of water soluble solution having a larger affinity to the required metallic ion than the compound; and collecting the required metallic ion being concentrated in the water soluble solution.
