AUTOMATIC SORTING DEVICE OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OF BELLOWS ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE: An automatic sorting device of defective product of a bellows assembly is provided to improve a working efficiency and its quality by exactly measuring and sorting the good product and the inferior product of the bellows assembly. CONSTITUTION: An automatic defective product sorting device is installed with the steps of: installing a turn table(1) to intermittently rotate formed with plural bellows assembly settling holes(4, 5) on the upper part of a main body(6) in a regular interval; installing a bellow assembly automatic supply unit(2) and a measuring unit(3) on one side. Herein, the bellows assembly automatic supply unit is made up of a part feed(7), a guide pipe(8) and a supply control piece(9)which is connected with a control box by installing a laser sensor(10, 11) in a position corresponding each other on a certain height. In addition, a heater(14) can reciprocate up the upper part of the bellows assembly settling hole of the adjacent turn table by installing a cylinder(15)
