PURPOSE: A commercial transaction network system of conditional profit returning method is provided so that a seller can maintain a continuous relationship of transaction with a buyer by offering a goods purchasing in the terms of profit reduction to the buyer. CONSTITUTION: The commercial transaction network system of conditional profit returning method, composed of a seller interface(10), a buyer interface(20), a bank interface(30) and a central controller(40), using computer to maintain a continuous transaction between a seller and a multiplicity of buyers comprises: a step that inputs a conditional profit returning after including the proposed price of goods in the terms of profit reduction; a step that outputs the conditional profit returning offer to at least a buyer; a step that inputs the approval of the buyer for the conditional profit returning offer to the computer; and a step that receives the goods charge using payment identification means.
