PURPOSE: A fixation device of eyeball direction is provided which relieves examinee of visual fatigue and induces eye toward the wanted direction by fixing or adjusting eye easily in examination and treatment. CONSTITUTION: The fixation device contains an adhesion part(80) which is attached or detached to the assigned device, arm(20) which is connected to the adhesion part and curved toward the wanted direction with at least one articulation, driving part which transmits driving power horizontally or vertically, mirror(50) which is driven in the slided state horizontally or vertically by the driving part, control part which controls the driving tool by a press switch and power supplying part which supplies power for the control and driving tool.
