PURPOSE: A continuous reciprocation type size-exclusion chromatography system is provided to separate high molecular material by a chromatography system. CONSTITUTION: A continuous reciprocation type size-exclusion chromatography system is composed of a storage unit(10), a right direction pump(31), a size-exclusion chromatography column(40), a reverse pump(32), separation containers(52,51) for collecting, electric solenoid valves(21,22) and a timer for controlling an operation of the right direction pump(31) and the reverse pump(32). The pure high molecular material is separated and collected if electric processes are repeated several times to collect the fluid including the high molecule material through a size-excluded chromatography column(40) as changing the flow of mixed solution to a right direction by the driving of the right direction pump(31) and the solenoid valve(21) by the control of the time programmed at the timer.
