PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for measuring and reappearing intermediate connecting portion of pipeline are provided to easily emulate a flange center distance and a sloped angle and easily reappear a connecting tube by temporarily connecting a flange installed between the connecting tube and both sides of the connecting tube. CONSTITUTION: A screw(33) having a handle(34) is horizontally installed on a center portion of both sides of a bed(32). A pair of moving tables(36) having a screw connecting hole connected to the screw is installed to the both sides of a guide rail(31) of the bed(32). A lock lever(35) is installed on both sides of the bed(32) and restrains a movement of the screw(33). A measuring bar safe-receipt board(38) is installed on an upper portion of moving tables(36). The measuring bar safe-receipt board(38) adjusts a height by the lock lever(35). A lower rotating device(42) inserts a rotating gear(41) into an inner portion and is installed on an upper portion of an external side of moving tables(36). A bracket(43) is installed on a front end portion of a rotating axis(41a).
