PURPOSE: A complex membrane of dissolved oxygen sensor for fermentation process is to provide a complex membrane having high mechanical strength, high respondence time and sensitivity for measurement and high linear characteristic as to a partial pressure of oxygen by using a poly tetra fluoro ethylene membrane, a silicon rubber and a stainless steel net. CONSTITUTION: On a poly tetra fluoro ethylene membrane(102), a first silicon rubber layer(104), a stainless steel net(106) and a second silicon rubber layer(108) are accumulated in order. Suitable thickness of the poly tera fluoro ethylene membrane(102) is the range of 1-50 micro meter or 25 micro meter. Suitable thickness of the first silicon rubber layer(104) is the range of 1-100 micro meter or 22.5 micro meter. Suitable thickness of the stainless steel net(106) is the range of 10-100 micro meter or 50 micro meter. Suitable thickness of the second silicon rubber(108) layer is the range of 1-100 micro meter or 22.5 micro meter. Total thickness of 13-350 micro meter or 120 micro meter is suitable.
