How to create and operate an internet community for education service business by applying remote control technology

PURPOSE: An education service method via internet is provided to give and take helps among members comprising a community in fields of a device usage method, a solution or a trouble management, not depending on a conventional customer service method from a device supplier or manufacturer. CONSTITUTION: An education service construction and management method comprises steps of making a help request(A), automatically brokering a help request to a corresponding expert by making a web site(B), installing a remote control software, stored in a server system, to a service requester's PC by making the software automatically downloaded or directly performing a remote control connection on a web browser(C), making the client PC connected to a service offerer brokered by the server by using the remote control software(D), and receiving an education service on the client PC window shared by a corresponding service offerer(E). The service offerers are intentionally appointed in an initial stage, and later can be induced to voluntarily participate in the education service.
