Dioxins Control Technology of Ash and Emission in Wastes Incineration

PURPOSE: A method is provided to remove dioxin among an incinerated material as well as exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION: A method removes dioxin among an incinerated material and exhaust gas by attaching Mo-V grouped catalyst on the center of a trash burner to destroy chlorophenol which is a cause of dioxin. Also, the method removes heavy metal of activated carbon by cleansing waste with acid and the activated carbon is input into a closed heat boiler to intercept the generation of dioxin. Therefore, a new trash burner using the method doesn't need equipment for melting slug and heating dechlorination and uses the present equipment for injecting activated carbon and alkali.
