PURPOSE: A method and a system for employing funds through an internet is provided to raise and employ funds on the basis of an objective information about an enterprise by showing a client's preference for a new merchandise of the enterprise. CONSTITUTION: A method and a system for employing funds through an internet comprises the steps of: raising funds from a web client connected to a web browser; providing information about merchandise to the client and asking an evaluation of the merchandise; producing a value of an enterprise according to the evaluation of the merchandise; determining the enterprise to invest the funds on the basis of the produced value of enterprise and buying stocks of the enterprise; ringing up a profit by the stocks; and distributing the dividend to each member.
