Photosynthetic bacteria culturing methode for raising a soft shelled turtle

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a photosynthesis strain for cultivating a soft-shelled turtle in a loess farm is provided, to suppress the production of nitrobacteria in the farm and to improve the growth environment of a soft-shelled turtle. CONSTITUTION: A photosynthesis strain for cultivating a soft-shelled turtle is prepared by mixing 50% of rice gran, 10% of corn powder, 10% of flour, 20% of muscovado sugar and 10% of lime; mixing the mixture with water in the ratio of 1: 1; cultivating and concentrating the mixture with water in an uncovered cultivator in dark condition; mixing the cultivated yeast with green water in the ratio of 1: 5; and cultivating it for 24-48 hours to produce a photosynthesis strain.
