FUNCTIONAL LIQUID PRODUCT MADE OF HWANGTAE(ALASKA POLLACK WHICH FREEZES AND DRIES REPEATEDLY FOR 3 MONTHS) AND GIGUJA TREE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
PURPOSE: A functional liquid product made of Hwangtae(alaska pollack frozen and dried repeatedly for 3 months) and hovenia dulcis, which is easy to eat in everywhere, and a preparation method thereof are provided. CONSTITUTION: A product consists of: (i) 63-73 wt.% of Hwangtae; (ii) 15-20 wt.% of Hovenia dulcis; (iii) 8-12 wt.% of arrowroot; (iv) 3-8 wt.% of jujube; (v) 3-8 wt.% of angelica; (vi) 0.015-0.05 wt.% of Gasu; (vii) 0.015-0.05 wt.% of citric acid; (viii) 0.015-0.05 wt.% of vitamin C; and (ix) 0.015-0.02 wt.% of natural taurine. The method comprises the steps of: (a) preparing concentrate of Hwangtae by (i) cutting the dried Hwangtae into a predetermined size and separating head part and skin from the Hwangtae; (ii) extracting extract from meat, skin and head part of the Hwangtae with a reflux condenser at the temperature of 80-100C for 8-10 hours; (iii) digesting the extract for 1 hour; (iv) filtering the supernatant of the digested extract with back filter and then with filter paper; (v) condensing the filtered extract at the temperature of not more than 60C; (b) preparing each concentrate of, arrowroot, jujube and angelica by extraction and condensation with the same conditions of preparing Hwangtae concentrate; (c) making mixed solution by adding Gasu, citric acid and vitamin C to the mixed solution of each concentrate of Hwangtae, Hovenia dulcis, arrowroot, jujube and angelica; (d) packing and sterilizing the mixed solution.
