CONSTITUTION: Nitrogene is oxidized by injecting an ozone generated in a generating device of the ozone the same as the concentration of NO needed to be converted into exhaust gas in the ratio of 1: 1 to process a nitric acid chloride of exhaust gas using the ozone and the ammonia. And the NOx(NO+NO2) is reduced by reacting with injecting the ammonia into the NO2 generated by oxidizing with the ozone in the range of 0.6 - 1.0.
