MASS PRODUCTION METHOD AND PORGE TRANSPLANTATION METHOD OF JAPANESE ANGELICA TREE

PURPOSE: A mass production method and a porge transplantation method of Japanese Angelica tree are provided which are able to mass produce and spread the Japanese Angelica tree and contribute to the earnings of a farmhouse. CONSTITUTION: The mass production method comprises steps of: (i) inducing callus from parenchyma of thornless Japanese Angelica tree; (ii) selecting and multiplying embryo-generating callus; (iii) developing, germinating and ripening embryo from the embryo-generating callus; (iv) re-differentiating plant body; and (v) growing the re-differentiated seedling in vitro. And the grown plant body gone through the mass production method is acclimatized to artificial culture soil and then transplanted to porge.
