APPARATUS FOR SEARCHING STATIC POINT OF IDENTICAL LOCATION USING ABSOLUTE ERROR BETWEEN STATIC POINTS

PURPOSE: An apparatus for searching static point of identical location using an absolute error between static points and the method are provided to prevent a crack generated during the process to express or encode three-dimensional model. CONSTITUTION: An absolute error calculation part(11) receives an input for the coordinates of static point from an external device and outputs an internal absolute error to an allowable error calculation part(12). The allowable error calculation part(12) receiving the input of the internal absolute error from the absolute error calculation part(11) calculates a minimum value and an allowable error to a reference value setting part(13). The reference value setting part(13) receiving the input of the allowable error sets a reference value by dividing the allowable error into 1000 and outputs it to an identical location static point searching part(15). An absolute error between static points calculation part(14) calculates an absolute error between static points and outputs it to the identical location static point searching part(15).
