LAYERED STRUCTURE OF COILS IN THERMAL STORAGE TUB FOR ICE STORAGE COOLING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A laminate structure of coils in a thermal storage tub is provided to easily prepare laminated coils with polyethylene and the like and to easily transform the whole shape. CONSTITUTION: Plural recessed grooves(30a,32d,34a) are formed on supports(30,32,34) lengthwise with a certain interval. Multi-layered coils(40,42,44) are inserted into the plural recessed grooves on the supports. The coils are arranged to be crossed in each stage to increase the heat exchange area. The ends of the supports are fixed by a connection unit. The connection unit is composed of a bracket covering both sides of a connected part between two supports(30,32), a bolt and a nut combined by penetrating the brackets and the supports in order.
