PURPOSE: A device is provided to consider an individual mold frame-geometric shape in advance when filling the mold frame and to need no locking pressure. CONSTITUTION: A device is installed into a plastic cylinder(2) equipped with a screw(3) arranged to rotate and move in a shaft direction. The plastic cylinder forms an opening(4) contacted with a tube shape extending unit(5) and an end part arranging one nozzle(6). The nozzle exit is closed by using a slider(7), and the slider fully closes the nozzle after filling a metal mold frame(8) and the trunk of plastic material is intercepted. The trunk end comes into the metal mold frame by the short forward movement of a spraying connector(1). Then, the spraying connector and the nozzle moves to the outside from the metal mold frame and the transfer movement or slider movement of the connector are controlled by turns.
