PURPOSE: A breeding method of sulfur duck and a method to produce extract by using loess water are provided which reduce death rate caused by diseases and sulfur toxin by enhancing immune function, enhance the value as a medicinal food, and beneficial to prevent and treat cancer. CONSTITUTION: A breeding method of sulfur duck is as follows: feeding by mixing loess water and 92-95wt.% of a raw barley powder and 5-8wt.% of sulfur powder in 1-2month old; feeding by mixing loess water and 87-93wt.% of a raw barley powder and 7-12wt.% of sulfur powder in 3-4month old; feeding by mixing loess water and 83-88wt.% of a raw barley powder and 12-17wt.% of sulfur powder in 5-6month old; feeding B-graded loess water and the mixture mixed 75-80wt.% of a raw barley powder, 17-22wt.% of sulfur powder and herb medicines such as a lacquer peel, Solanum nigrum, dandelion, a sweet flag, a wormwood, a root peel of an elm tree, Saururus Chinensis(Lour) Baill, and a mulberry tree in 7month old. A method to produce extract is as follows: condensing the mixture of 120-180gram of garlic, 40-60gram of jujube, 30-50gram of ginger, and 1-3.5times of A-grade of loess water on the basis of the weight of the same ingredients at 100-120C for 18-20hrs.; and packing through the process of extracting, sterilizing and filtering.
