PURPOSE: A system for automatically adjusting exchange rate based on electronic money transfer is provided to perform a stable shopping by performing a settlement as an ID of a consumer using an electronic money of the consumer when buying a product in foreign countries. CONSTITUTION: A domestic member store(9) receives the order of a domestic product from a domestic consumer(1) or a foreign consumer(2), and transmits the ordered product. A foreign member store(10) receives the order of a foreign product from the domestic consumer(1) or the foreign consumer(2), and transmits the ordered product. A cash domestic main office(11) is connected to the domestic store(9) and the domestic consumer(1), and manages a domestic paying settlement service. A cash foreign branch office(12) is connected to the foreign member store(10) and the foreign consumer(2) to manage a foreign paying settlement service, and is connected to the cash domestic main office(11) to perform a money adjustment and a set off.
