An agitator for hardening soft ground by a method of depth soil mixing treatment

PURPOSE: An agitator is provided to be formed by the agitator to mechanically agitate with earth by intruding a ground of weak earth and jetting a solidifying agent and a pressurizing plate to prevent an outflow of a slurry. CONSTITUTION: Three agitating wings(3a,3b,3c) are formed in the side of an agitating shaft by forming a front evacuating portion composed three evacuating plates in the lower part of the agitating shaft and a left toothed wheel(3d) and a right toothed wheel(3e) is formed to increase the agitating efficiency. The left toothed wheel and the right toothed wheel are worked by selecting an agitator having a different angle of the left toothed wheel and the right toothed wheel according to the intensity of a ground with sticking the toothed wheels to form 13, 15 and 17 degrees with the ground, or the left toothed wheel and the right toothed wheel are worked with one agitator without shifting the agitator by being able to control the angles of the left toothed wheel and the right toothed wheel at 13degrees, 15degrees and 17degrees. A curved portion of the left toothed wheel and the right toothed wheel is crossed at the rotation, and a solidifying agent is ventilated from one agitating wing among three agitating wings(3a,3b,3c). The diameter of solidifying agent ventilating holes(9a,9b,9c) is becoming bigger as it goes further to the end of the agitating wing and the solidifying agent is ventilated horizontally.
