PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided, which is used in drying and distributing fine ores, especially using normal coals, to improve the reduction of their pretreating time, transfer still them at their previous size of 1mm or more and solve thereby some problems from the conventional restriction of particle size of the ores. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus is characterized by showing a representative figure 1 comprising the following components; a fluid layer reactor(10), a fine ore crusher(20) and a second conveyer belt(4). A gas dispersing plate(11) is equipped on the lower part of the reactor. A fine ore discharging tube(12) is mounted on the gas dispersing plate to form fine ore discharging pores(121) having the reactor and ores. A first fluid gas supply(13) and a second one(14) are formed to supply the fluid gas, on a side wall of the reactor and the fine ore discharging tube, respectively. The first fluid gas supply and the second fluid gas supply are also gaseous-connected with a first fluid gas supply tube(131) and a second one(141), respectively, and the first fluid gas supply tube and the second fluid gas supply tube are again connected with a fluid gas supply line(3) already gaseous-connecting with a fluid gas supply source. A fine ore exit(15) and an extreme fine ore exit(16) are formed on a wall of the reactor, and a fine ore exit tube (151) and an extreme fine ore exit tube(161) are again mounted on the fine ore exit and extreme fine ore exit. A discharging exit is formed on the upper of the reactor, and a discharging exit tube is on the discharging exit.
