PURPOSE: A method for performing transmitting signal of mobile communication terminal using access channel selection range allocation by subscriber priority is provided to process mobile station outgoing call by allocating differentially the use access channel range. CONSTITUTION: A mobile station keeps the use access channel range value by subscriber priority(501), and a home location register stores the use access channel range value(502). The mobile station makes power on(503), registers the location to the mobile communication network(504), and searches the use access channel range value(505). The mobile station sets up n as "1"(506), tries a nth access probe sequence(507), sets up m as "1"(508), and selects an access channel in the use access channel range(509). The mobile station transmits an outgoing call to the base station(510), judges whether a confirmation message is transmitted(511), and proceeds telephone conversation by acquiring a traffic channel(512). If the confirmation is not transmitted, the mobile station increases "1" for m(513), judges whether m is less than an appointed access probe value(514), increases "1" for n if m is not less than the appointed access probe value(515), and confirms whether n is less than the appointed access probe value(516).
