METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR BUILDING AND MODIFYING KOREAN CONCEPT CLASSIFICATION

PURPOSE: An apparatus for building and modifying Korean concept classification system is provided to solve a homonym of a vocabulary and an ambiguity of a sentence structure in a natural language processing application system, and to minimize the subjectiveness of concept classification system workers. CONSTITUTION: A Korean concept classification system building apparatus comprises a user interface(10), a knowledge base search module(20), a concept classification search/edition module(30), a natural language analysis/language knowledge base search/edition device(40), and a work management module(50). The knowledge base search module(20) searches a lexicographical definition and an encyclopedic definition on each vocabulary included within a sentence input via the user interface(10). The natural language analysis/language knowledge base search/edition device(40) adds, deletes and edits the characteristics of the vocabulary. The Korean concept classification system building method comprises steps of analyzing semantics and structure of a sentence, checking a structure rule error and a semantic/sentence structure information error of an electronic dictionary in the case that a sentence structure ambiguity exists, modifying the errors, checking a semantic information error of the electronic dictionary in the case that a semantic selection error exists.
