PURPOSE: A process for a health food by mixing propolis extract with chitin, chitosan, or a shark cartilage is provided which can promote pharmacological efficacy of flavonoid greatly than in taking chitin, chitosan, and a shark cartilage alone, strengthens immune function, and prevents and treats chronic articular rheumatism and adult diseases. CONSTITUTION: A process for a health supplementary food by mixing chitin, chitosan, a shark cartilage and propolis extract is comprised of: mixing propolis extract and a powder of yeast, job's tears, beans, a yam, a sweet potato, and a potato in a ratio of 1: 1; drying thoroughly the same propolis extract pasted in low temperature or by freezing drying; mixing oligosaccharide or glucosamine of chitin and chitosan with a shark cartilage or chondroitin sulfate in a ratio of 1: 1 or 2: 1.
