PURPOSE: A system for paying and refilling remainder of a non-contact typed traffic card is provided to certify and pay promptly and precisely and to confirm remainder and refill additional reserve fund regardless of time and space. CONSTITUTION: A user accesses a wireless internet by using a mobile communication terminal for accessing a corresponding traffic card site. Then, the user selects the inquiry of remainder accumulated in an IC chip for a RF, and an inherent number of the IC chip is automatically transferred to a main server. Therefore, the main server reads the remainder information of the IC chip for the RF of the corresponding inherent number to output on the display screen of the mobile communication terminal. To refill after confirming the accumulated fund in the IC chip for the RF, which is displayed on the display screen of the mobile communication terminal, an Internet banking mode or an ARS mode is selected. Thus, the transfer of fund to an appointed account is operated by a phone banking or an internet banking, and the user confirms the refilled amount.
