PURPOSE: A method and device for providing a song and dance contest internet service are provided so that an internet user having a computer with a camera and a mike can be supplied with song or dance images, and his/her voice and dance image can be transmitted for deciding the ranking. CONSTITUTION: A device for providing a song and dance contest internet service includes a user PC(10) having a computer camera and a voice input mike, and an administrator PC having an interface unit(11), a motion picture output unit(13), a motion picture input unit(14), a first analysis and comparison unit(15), a voice output unit(16), a voice input unit(17), a second analysis and comparison unit(18) and a control unit(12). When the internet user transmits his/her song and dance according to the music and dance screen, his/her song and dance are analyzed for deciding a ranking. Presents are provided to the high ranking users.
