PURPOSE: A system and method for providing company publication data in the internet and recording media for recording the method is provided so that a user can receive company publication data regardless of time or place by connecting to the web site for providing information through the internet. CONSTITUTION: A system and method for providing company publication data in the internet and recording media for recording the method includes a plurality of user computers. The computers are connected with a server by network in order to provide company publication data. The server includes a first database, which stores at least a report on a user including such as name, address, telephone number and the number of a telecommunication device including an e-mail address. A second database of the server receives data for publication of at least one or more companies from an accountant or an account corporation or directly the companies, and draw up the received data as a publication document file and store it. When requesting the company publication data from a plurality of users, data search result is displayed to the user.
