Development of Precipitating Agent Capturing Heavy Metal Contained Fly Ash of A Incinerator

PURPOSE: A heavy metal stabilizer is provided to collect various harmful heavy metals included in an arsenic acid material without being affected by pH to stabilize. CONSTITUTION: Fly ash and water are mixed in a ratio of 1:5-1:15 for adding a heavy metal stabilizer to the mixture. In other way, the heavy metal stabilizer is diluted in water for mixing the arsenic acid material with the diluted solution at the ratio of 1:5-1:15. Then, the mixture is agitated for 1-3 hours to separate sludge. The sludge is simply buried or buried after being solidified by using cement. Herein, an alkali thinner such as Na2CO3 is added for buffering the lowering of pH caused by inflow of acid. Moreover, anion and non-ionic surfactant are added for improving wetting property and infiltrating property. And, sulfuric compound or a pigment is added for transforming the smell or the exterior of dimethyl-carbamodithioic acid and sodium salt.
